112. Customer Status/Workflow/Approval
(workflow to be created that allows for each step of customer creation to be handed off from one person or dept to the next Name. sites, addresses Credit check final review and approval, before an Opp, quote, or Sales order created)
The customer should first be created as a prospect, after which you should verify all the information, before approving the conversion of the prospect to a customer.

You can setup the Customer Workflow Activities under the System Settings.
Only when you have checked of all the Activites in the Workflow, the system will enable you Convert a Prospect into a Customer.
You can setup these Activities based on your requirements.
To setup checklist you should add activities and workflow in the System setup.
