238. Cycle Counting
To do the physical count of Inventory, follow the below steps.
To include Slabs / Indivisible serialized items, check the Slabs / Indivisible items check box, it will include all the slabs / Indivisible serialized items of the system based on search results.
To auto update the bin numbers based on scanned barcodes. Please select the Auto Update Bin Numbers option.
Search the slabs / serialized inventory of the system you were going to add to the physical count session and click on Add Inventory lines to session option.
After click on Add Inventory lines to session option click on Go to session page
To process the barcodes of the warehouse click on the Join session option.
Enter the barcodes of inventory you were going to count the slabs like below and click on the process button.
If you have to update the bin numbers in this session click on current Bin # button and enter a new bin number and enter barcodes and click on the process button.
To view the details of the session click on the more view session option.
To do the Non slab Serialized items physical count, please follow the below steps
Select the specific item or based on the search filters search the Inventory. And click on the Add inventory line to the session.
To do the physical count click on Go to session page. Enter the barcode of the item and enter the Quantity in Warehouse and click on Count option.If any differences between the system and warehouse will display it in difference section as below
If there is any difference in the Quantities of physical count and system inventory we can adjust the quantities to the system using the session page like below.
To do the Non serialized items physical count, please follow the below steps.
Select the specific items or based on the search filters search the Inventory of Non serialized items. And click on the Add inventory line to the session and click on Go to session page to navigate to session page.
If there are any differences in the scanned quantity and system quantity, the on view session system will adjust the quantities like below.
