108. Management of Customer Catalogs - upload features
(Configuration of customer specific catalogs that tie to parts and plan we have agreement on)
In SPS, Go to Lists -> Customer.
Select a Customer->Click on the Spl. Pricing(Special Pricing) tab.
You can add the pricing for Product / Service, Product
Select the respective option to upload the price for a Product or Service for that customer.
Search and select the product and give the price and necessary information. Click on Add Special Price.
Batch Enter
To add Special pricing for Multiple products or services or Product groups, at the same time. Click on the button Batch Enter.
Enter the Product or service and necessary details and click on Save Prices.
Batch Update
To update the prices for the customer at a time. Click on the Batch Update button.
It would display the list of items and their prices, entered under Customer Special pricing.
Select the lines that needs to be updated and then click on Update Prices.
Make the required changes to the price and then click on Save Prices.
OR
Go to Setup -> Initial Data Migration -> Price List -> + Customer Special Pricing.
Give the necessary details and Click on Add New Migration.
Click on Download Template File to get the template file with the columns you'll be uploading.
Upload the data by clicking on Upload option.
