135. Sales Order Uploads
(An upload where a Sales order can be created from quotes or from details included in tool)
To upload the list of Sale Orders,
Go to Reports -> Custom Reports -> Upload Sale Order
Download the template file to upload the sale orders data by clicking on Download Template File.
Enter the data into the template file and Click on Choose File and select the file that you want to upload to create the sale orders.
Step 4: Click on Upload.
You can see the uploaded sale orders under the tab Uploaded Sale Orders in SPS.
If there is any mismatch between the columns in the file and in the SPS system, an alert will indicate that records are not correctly entered as below.
Then you should upload another file with the modifications and upload those sale orders again.
