129. Customer Releases
(Customer place a bulk order and we will release as schedule or request)
We can achieve this by using a concept called Memorized Transactions in SPS.
For Ex: There is a bulk Sale Order which can be created, can be delivered on the basis of Monthly or Quarterly using Memeorized Transaction option.
You must create the Pick Ticket first. In Pick Ticket from the More Actions, we have an option called Memorize Transaction. You can memorize that Pick Ticket on a monthly basis.
Whenever you login into the system, it will show you the list of Memorized Transactions which are pending to create. Select that Pick Ticket/Invoice and Create Selected Transaction then it will create the Pick Ticket/Invoice and it will be linked to the Sales Order. It will show up every month until the connected Sales Order is fulfilled.
