301. Online Form Submission (Equipment/Machinery Inspection log, Accident Form, Write up Form, etc)
(Ability to submit an online form that is displayed in the system, with unique responses)
We have the ability to build the forms based on your requirements. You need to provide what form you will use and its copies, so that we will create those in SPS.
In the Resource page, it will show all the forms. You can send them via email and they can fill in online and submit.
Once the user submits the form, it will save under files for that resource.
Whenever you want to access, you can check those filled forms under the files tab.
