Opportunity Workflow setup
Setup >> System Settings >> Scheduling/Forms/Workflow >> Activities
Can set up different checklists based on your requirement
Setup >> System Settings >> Scheduling/Forms/Workflow >> Activity Workflow
On the Opportunity page, it will not give you any add Quote or add SO button
Once you complete all Checks in the workflow only, System will allow you to go further
You can set up these checklist options under the Activities and also Create workflow under the System setup
